best cinnamon roll ever

While in Kansas City for a bit of a mini vacation during the Fourth, we ate at a great breakfast joint in the Crossroads District/Crown Center area, You Say Tomato. The perfect cinnamon roll, a warm up with icing added.

Waffles & fruit at 715 with real maple syrup. Nice to kick the overcrowded usual breakfast spots for something more laid back.

mmmmmm...I orginally spied these amazing hued snowcones on Design*Sponge, and was super pleased to find out this Fresher Than Fresh snowcone stand/trailer is based here in Kansas City.
