the art of the novella
d-rolf brought these great little books back from the AWP Conference, and I was instantly smitten (always smitten with a "series" of anything). Melville House Publishing has created this series of books, The Art of the Novella, and now I want to collect them all. Wish me luck! You can purchase them from their webby.

big type book
Oh, what a great little book! Some notes from the poster, "Types in the cases of William M. Cheney Los Angeles, was published by Dawson's Book Shop and printed by Cheney in 1961 in an edition of 139 copies. It is a great example of the fine printing, coupled with dry humor for which Cheney was well known." View more shots at typesticke flickr page.
